Answer:

To run a Microsoft Repair for Microsoft Office, perform the following:

Choosing to run an Online Repair may prompt Office to reinstall, ensure that you have your license key when using this option.

Windows 7
  1. Click Start
  2. Select Control Panel
  3. Select Programs or Program and Features
  4. Select the Office program you want to repair
  5. Click Change
  6. Select Repair
  7. Follow the prompts (if repairing Office 2013 or later: try Quick Repair first, then Online Repair if the issue is still not resolved)
Windows 8/8.1/10
  1. Press the Windows key + X
  2. Select Programs and Features
Note: Windows 10 depending on the updated version will display Apps and Features or Programs and Features
  1. Select the Office program you want to repair
  2. Click Change
  3. Select Repair
  4. Follow the prompts (if repairing Office 2013 or later: try Quick Repair first, then Online Repair if the issue is still not resolved)
